Beat the Tick is a Pixel Art 2D continuous running platform game where the player must run and jump their way through each level and avoid getting bitten by a tick. As the player advances the levels become more dangerous with more and more places to avoid. Special items are placed throughout the game allowing the player to protect themselves through the more tricky areas. 

The game was built using the HTML5 game engine Phaser and supports both desktop and mobile browsers. The levels are all built using tile sheets and were put together using Tiled.
